" Some issues had arisen with our roof, and so we contacted Dry Tech Roofing. Jamie came over promptly and identified the causes; he proposed the options of partial or complete roof replacement, and we decided on the latter. Our roof is somewhat complex in design, but its replacement was performed swiftly and with great skill by Jamie and his team. We also asked Dry Tech to replace our fascia boards, soffits, guttering and downpipes, and to reroof our two bay windows; all this work too was carried out to a very high standard. As well as the practical benefits, the new roof and associated works have greatly improved the appearance of our property. We are most grateful to Jamie and his team for their efficient, expert and professional approach. "

Options given for flat roof repair or full replacement and main roof ridge tile system. Cleared all rubbish and hosed down drive. " I engaged Drytech / Stormproof in February 2023 to replace a flat roof (11 sq m) which had started leaking. They sent a team of (4-5) roofers and they completed the job in 4 hours flat. This included Removal of old roof and disposal New OSB boards Installation of Firestone Rubber membrane with appropriate adhesives Aluminium trim. Cleaning up and made good. Now time will tell as to the ultimate quality of the work, but my initial (unqualified!) assessment is that they seem to have done a good job. What I can say with certainty is that they turned up when they said they would Kept me informed throughout Were polite, cheerful and enthusiastic. Allowed me to pay by card At this point in time I would not hesitate to use them again. "

" Update to my earlier review. The cleanup was excellent but when the skip was lifted the skip company dumped a lot of rubbish including 3 pallets on my drive. I sent Jamie a picture and he said it would be dealt with. This morning Jamie himself turned up and cleared the rubbish Customer service doesnt get much better. "

" Jamie a small job for me some time ago. After they left we found the gutter was leaking so we rang him. Within the hour Jamie himself turned up to fix it. So when my roof started leaking i turned to the man who really believes in customer service. He turned up bang on time and we went through the options. The upshot was a whole new roof. The price was very fair and Jamie encouraged me to seek other quotes but I wanted to stick with him. His organising is superb. Scaffold was up and materials delivered before the job was due to start. The job was scheduled for 3 days with a possible 4th. He has a brilliant team and the roof was done and dusted in just 2 days - and my roof is not small. The clean up deserves another star on its own. The place was cleaner than before they started. They even asked for a bucket of hot soapy water to wash down the fascia etc. I am having him back to insulate my conservatory roof. "
