Our Range

We provide a comprehensive range of fascias, soffits, cladding and guttering. Whether it’s a first time installation or a replacement of an old system, we here at Dry Tech Roofing can provide you with a roofing solution to be proud of for many years to come.

The fascia board is the long, straight board that runs along the lower edge of the roof; the front panels of the roof system that are designed to protect your home from rain and damp. Modern options come in a variety of styles and colours and make a huge improvement to your home’s general appearance. Although they are prone to damage and dirt, they are easy to clean and replace or repair. Fascias are mounted at the point where the roof meets the outer walls of the house and is often called the roof line.

Fascias are available in uPVC, vinyl, aluminium or wood.

Vinyl fascias cost slightly more then wooden fascias, but come in a small range of colours. You can also order in a special colour if required, they are also a lot more durable and long-lasting than wooden fascias. uPVC is a more modern material and is gaining in popularity.

Our ventilated soffit boards allow the flow of air into the roof area, help prevent the build-up of moisture in the roof space and offer an additional level of protection to the roof structure. We offer a variety of colours which will complement existing finishes on your property and give your roof a clean and attractive appearance.

When installing new soffits we will check thoroughly to ensure that none of the parts of the soffit board is damaged before we install it.

Although white PVC is still the most popular product on the market, there are new options becoming available and they are designed to look like mahogany, oak, plain black and rosewood. This enables us to match your new uPVC fascias with any existing colours on the outside of your home, providing you with a new aesthetically pleasing house.
